You retain ownership of the content you create using our platform, subject to these terms. However, by using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your content for the purpose of providing our AI video generation services.

2.3 Third-Party Content

Our platform may include stock footage, music, and other media from third-party providers. While we have licenses to use this content for video generation, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable licensing terms, especially for commercial purposes.

3. Prohibited Uses and Content

While we cannot monitor all user activity, you agree not to use our service to create content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Promotes violence, illegal activities, or harmful behavior
• Contains explicit sexual content or child exploitation material
• Spreads misinformation or creates deepfakes without consent
• Violates platform policies of social media networks (YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
• Attempts to manipulate or deceive others

Important: We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, but we cannot guarantee detection of all prohibited content.

4. Platform Usage and Limitations

4.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

4.2 Usage Limits

Your account includes specific limits on video generation, duration, and quality based on your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or service restrictions.

4.3 Fair Use Policy

You agree to use our service reasonably and not to abuse or exploit our systems through automated requests, excessive usage, or attempts to circumvent limitations.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

5.1 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our AI system generates content based on your input and our training data. We make no warranties about the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of generated content. AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or unexpected results.

5.2 Social Media and Platform Risks

Critical Disclaimer: We are not responsible if:

• Your social media accounts (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) are suspended, demonetized, or terminated due to content created with our platform
• Generated content violates third-party platform policies or community guidelines
• You face legal action or claims related to your use of generated content
• Generated content causes financial losses, reputation damage, or other harm

5.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Video Pro and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Video Pro, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of our service or generated content
• Your violation of these terms or applicable laws
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Any content you create, upload, or distribute using our platform

7. Intellectual Property and DMCA

7.1 Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been used inappropriately, please contact us with a proper DMCA notice.

7.2 AI Training Data

Our AI models are trained on legally obtained data. However, if you believe your copyrighted content was used inappropriately in our training data, please contact us to discuss removal options.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if:

• You violate these terms of service
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Required by law or court order
• To protect our platform and other users

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your account data according to our data retention policies.

9. Changes to Terms
